Session 36 – Do you really know WHO your customer is?

Today I am talking about knowing your customers.  By taking the time to segment your customers and finding out what they want, you are able to build a business of know, like and trust.  

By clearly understanding your customer, you can have the ability to change and to react to the latest trends and deliver exactly what they want.  Knowing your customers has to be at the heart of every business, without it, your customers will go elsewhere and your business will eventually die a death.
