Hello and welcome to the Success Club Podcast, my name is Kaz Johnson and I am your host today, this is episode 148, and today I am talking about filling your sales funnel.
Last week I talked about you evergreen sales funnel, this week we are going to talk about filling your sales funnel with attention, remember, this was the first stage of your funnel, and now we are going to create that interested.
We can create interest in your brand with attrition in various ways, so I am going to outline some of the main reasons today. I will talk about each in the following sessions.
These are the main ones, and ones I use and I am going to be talking about, there are many others, too many to mention, so I am going to stick to the ones that I use in my sales funnel.
And then there are paid ways, for example, PPC, YouTube adds, Instagram ads, Facebook ads, affiliate programs again there are many more, but I am sticking to the main ones here.
These are things I am going to be talking about over the next few weeks but are the main ways to start filling your sales funnel.
To begin with, it’ a good idea to pick just two, to begin with as you need to stay consistent, so think about going deep, not wide here.
So, I want you to think about your ideal client, who are they and where do they hang out? I always remember my first marketing lecturer telling us we had to find out where are an ideal customer is, where are they hanging out and where are they buying things like your sales or service.
So, here we go, grab a pen and paper, and write down – who is your ideal customer? Where do they hang out, and how are you going to reach them?
It’s really important to be crystal clear who your customer is and remember what your business vision is.
Now is the time to start building your brand.
All these things will help define who you are, what you do, and how you can help your ideal client, remember to start personalising your brand at this time because people buy from people they know, like and trust.
Building your brand
What are your colours, vision, font size, style, and I am talking about your personal brand as well as your business.

At Fontme, you can generate and see your fonts style against some of the famous brands. Peruse the fonts and choose your own, put it this, together with your brand colour into a file for reference.
Don’t forget that what you are, is not what you do, so make sure this is all to hand before we go out to attract your customers with your brand.
