Hello and welcome to the Success Club Podcast, my name is Kaz Johnson and I am your host today, this is episode 31 and today I am talking about Why batching your work helps with your productivity

It’s a big decision to launch a new business. There are so many things that need to be done and it can be overwhelming. That’s why I’m here. In this blog post, I’ll go over some of the most important tools you should use when starting or growing your online venture!

Just a quickie today, however, today I am talking about why batching your work helps productivity and getting ahead saves a severe amount of stress.

There are two things that will make you infinitely more productive. The first is batching – doing a few tasks at once to get ahead and the second is saving yourself from stress by getting back on track after any interruption, like being sick or having an accident.

Some time ago I got sick, I got the flu and felt ill for weeks. I usually work on a week-to-week basis, producing my blogs, podcasts, and course lessons each week as I go along.  Which is fine, until something happens, like getting sick.

There are two big ways to be more productive in your day-to-day life.

The first is batching, which means that you do a few tasks at once so that you can get ahead of yourself and feel less overwhelmed by the next task on your list; for example, if there are 3 emails sitting in your inbox waiting to be answered, try answering them all one after another before moving onto anything else (you could also take a quick break between each email).

The second way to make productivity easier is saving yourself from stress by getting back on track after any interruption like being sick or having an accident–once things have settled down again it will seem much less daunting! Let me know who you network with for business.

  3. It’s easier to maintain focus when you’re only working on one task at a time
  4. You’ll feel less overwhelmed if there is a clear end goal in sight
  5. Your mind will thank you for the break from constant multitasking

The bottom line is that there are many ways to be productive and the right one for you will depend on your goals, personality, work style, and type of business.
